OTOPAY gizlilik politikası

1. Cihazında saklanan bilgiler
OTOPAY, araç stokunu, alış ve satış bedellerini, masrafları ve kazancı düzenlemek için kullanılır. Galeri adı, dil ve para birimi tercihleri, araç bilgileri ve plakalar, araç fotoğrafları, ofis giderleri ve personel kayıtları cihazında saklanır. Bu kayıtları CIHANEX sunucularına yüklemeyiz. OTOPAY için çevrimiçi hesap veya parola oluşturman gerekmez.
2. Fotoğraflar ve izinler
Bir araca fotoğraf eklemeyi seçtiğinde sistemin fotoğraf seçicisini kullanırsın. Seçtiğin fotoğraf uygulamanın yerel alanına kopyalanır. Fotoğrafların otomatik olarak yayımlanmaz veya bize gönderilmez. Uygulama konum, rehber veya mikrofon verisi toplamaz.
3. Abonelik ve satın alma
Aylık ve yıllık Premium ödemelerini iOS’ta Apple, Android’de Google Play işler. Kart bilgilerine erişmeyiz. iOS uygulaması StoreKit 2 ile Apple tarafından doğrulanan hakkı kontrol eder. Android uygulaması ürün kimliği ve Google Play satın alma belirtecini şifreli HTTPS bağlantısıyla CIHANEX doğrulama hizmetine gönderir; hizmet geçerli ürün, abonelik durumu ve bitiş zamanını Google Play Developer API ile kontrol eder ve satın almayı onaylar. Ham satın alma belirteci veya ödeme makbuzu sunucuda saklanmaz ve günlük kayıtlarına yazılmaz. Tekrar doğrulama için belirtecin tek yönlü özeti, ürün kimliği, hakkın aktif olup olmadığı ve kontrol zamanı tutulur. Araç verileri, plaka, fotoğraf, galeri adı ve personel bilgileri bu hizmete gönderilmez. Önceden abonelik kullanılmış olduğu cihazında saklanabilir. Satın alma verileri yalnız abonelik hakkını doğrulamak ve hatalı tekrar teslimi önlemek için kullanılır; reklam veya izleme amacıyla kullanılmaz. Apple ve Google kendi gizlilik politikalarını uygular.
4. İsteğe bağlı döviz güncellemesi
Döviz kurlarını yenilediğinde Frankfurter hizmetine yalnızca para birimi kodlarıyla bir ağ isteği gönderilir; araç, plaka, galeri adı, fiyat, personel veya fotoğraf bilgisi gönderilmez. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi ağ bağlantısını kurmak için IP adresi hizmet altyapısına görünür. Frankfurter'ın yayımladığı açıklamaya göre hizmet kişisel veri, IP adresi veya istek adresi toplamaz ve kaydetmez; altyapı toplu trafik istatistikleri kullanır.
5. Yedekleme ve paylaşım
Yedek dışa aktarmayı seçtiğinde uygulama kayıtlarını ve araç fotoğraflarını içeren bir dosya oluşturur. Dosyanın paylaşılacağı veya kaydedileceği yeri sen seçersin. Seçtiğin uygulamanın veya bulut hizmetinin gizlilik koşulları ayrıca geçerlidir. Dışarı aktardığın yedekleri CIHANEX otomatik olarak almaz. Hassas bilgiler içerebilen yedeklerini güvenli bir yerde tut.
6. Silme ve verilerin kontrolü
Profil > Gizlilik > Hesabımı sil seçeneği galeri profilini, yerel araç kayıtlarını, masrafları, personel kayıtlarını ve uygulamanın sakladığı araç fotoğraflarını bu cihazdan siler. İşlem geri alınamaz. Başka yerlere aktardığın yedek dosyaları ayrıca silmen gerekir. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da yerel kayıtlarının kaybına yol açabilir. Hesabımı sil işlemi Apple veya Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliğini satın aldığın mağaza hesabının Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilirsin.
7. Reklam, takip ve analiz
OTOPAY'da reklam veya kullanıcı takibi SDK'sı bulunmaz. Reklam kimliği toplamayız, cihazlar veya uygulamalar arasında seni izlemeyiz ve uygulama kullanım olaylarını analiz sunucusuna göndermeyiz. Apple veya Google tarafından işletim sistemi ve mağaza kapsamında yönetilen tanılama verileri ilgili platformun hesap ayarlarına ve koşullarına tabidir.
8. Destek ve değişiklikler
Destek için info@cihanex.com adresine yazabilirsin. Bize e-posta gönderdiğinde gönderdiğin iletişim bilgilerini ve mesajını talebini yanıtlamak için işleriz; gereksiz araç veya finans bilgisi göndermemeni öneririz. Bu politika uygulamanın davranışı değiştiğinde güncellenir ve güncel tarih bu sayfada gösterilir.

OTOPAY privacy policy

1. Information stored on your device
OTOPAY organizes vehicle inventory, purchase and sale prices, expenses and profit. Your gallery name, language and currency preferences, vehicle records and registration plates, selected vehicle photos, office expenses and staff records are stored on your device. We do not upload these records to CIHANEX servers. No online OTOPAY account or password is required.
2. Photos and permissions
When you choose to add a vehicle photo, you use the system photo picker. Selected photos are copied into the application's local storage. They are not automatically published or sent to us. The application does not collect location, contacts or microphone data.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Apple processes Premium payments on iOS and Google Play processes them on Android. We do not access payment card details. iOS checks Apple-verified entitlements through StoreKit 2. Android sends the product identifier and Google Play purchase token over encrypted HTTPS to CIHANEX’s verification service, which checks the product, subscription state and expiry with the Google Play Developer API and acknowledges valid purchases. Raw purchase tokens and receipts are neither stored nor logged on our server. A one-way token hash, product identifier, active status and verification timestamp are retained to support repeated entitlement checks. Vehicle records, plates, photos, gallery names and staff information are never sent to this service. Previous subscription use may be stored on your device. Purchase data is used only to verify access and prevent incorrect duplicate delivery, with no advertising or tracking use. Apple and Google apply their own privacy policies.
4. Optional exchange-rate refresh
Refreshing exchange rates sends currency codes to Frankfurter. Vehicle records, registration plates, gallery name, prices, staff and photos are not sent. Like any internet connection, your IP address is visible to the service infrastructure to process the network request. According to Frankfurter's published statement, it does not collect or log personal data, IP addresses or request URLs, and its infrastructure provides aggregate traffic statistics.
5. Backups and sharing
Exporting a backup creates a file containing application records and vehicle photos. You choose where to save or share it. The privacy terms of your chosen application or cloud service apply separately. CIHANEX does not automatically receive exported backups. Keep backups secure because they may contain sensitive information.
6. Deletion and control
Profile > Privacy > Delete my account removes your local gallery profile, vehicle records, expenses, staff records and application-stored vehicle photos from this device. This cannot be undone. Exported backups must be deleted separately. Uninstalling the application may also remove local records. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription; manage it in the corresponding store account.
7. Advertising, tracking and analytics
OTOPAY includes no advertising or user-tracking SDK. We do not collect an advertising identifier, track you across devices or applications, or send application usage events to an analytics server. Diagnostics managed by Apple or Google operating systems and stores are governed by the corresponding platform account settings and terms.
8. Support and policy changes
Contact info@cihanex.com for support. If you email us, we process the contact details and message you provide to respond to your request. Avoid sending unnecessary vehicle or financial information. This policy will be updated when application behavior changes; the current date appears on this page.
