For help with LogoLab, design generation, credits, subscriptions or data requests, contact info@cihanex.com. Include your device platform, app version and a description of the issue. Never send passwords or card information.

Create your logo

Choose from 53 collections with 1060 ready designs or start from scratch. Add your brand name and preferences, then generate a design. Each generation uses one credit. Your completed work includes a presentation mockup and a transparent logo file.

Credits and purchases

Credit packages are one-time purchases. Weekly and monthly subscriptions provide the credits and storage period shown in the app. Apple or Google handles payment. If a purchase is pending, reopen the studio store and allow verification to complete before purchasing again. Use Restore Purchases for your subscription. Contact support if a confirmed purchase is still missing.

Manage your subscription

Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account. Canceling does not automatically refund a completed payment. Refund requests are handled by the relevant store.

Save your work

Standard designs are stored for 24 hours. Designs started during an active subscription are stored for 5 days. Download your files before they expire. Optional notifications let you know when a design is ready.
