01Scope and contact

This page explains how data is handled in CIHANEX’s Schema application. Contact info@cihanex.com for privacy questions and data requests.

02Information on your device

Your name, language, journal, drafts, favourites, section progress, reflection results and conversation archive are stored in the app area on your device. Local records are not separately encrypted at app level. Protect device access. Uninstalling may remove these records.

03Personal written reflections

Starting a reflection processes your name, selected schema and section, text, language and only approved previous context through Schema and external language processing provider OpenAI to prepare a reply. Your entire journal is not sent automatically. Encrypted reflection and retry content is retained on the server for up to 24 hours.

04Voice conversations and dictation

Your phone’s speech recognition may process audio through Apple or Google. Schema processes your transcript, name, selected schema and approved context with OpenAI to prepare replies. Conversation text is processed to prepare response audio. Encrypted conversation content stays on the server for up to 24 hours. Recorded educational narration is prepared in advance; listening does not create personal audio.

05Tickets and service records

A device-linked service identity, ticket balances, ticket movements and request states are held on the server to operate the service, prevent duplicate charging and resolve problems. The 24-hour content limit does not apply to these records. The app’s data deletion action removes the current server identity and related records.

06Previous reflections and your choices

Including earlier summaries in a new reflection is optional. Shared context is limited; earlier interpretations are not treated as established facts or diagnoses. Change microphone and notification permissions in device settings.

07External services

Language and response processing: OpenAI. Phone speech recognition: Apple/Google depending on your operating system. Their own data terms also apply. CIHANEX retention limits do not determine a third party’s retention terms. Information may be processed in other countries depending on service infrastructure.

08Deletion and data requests

Use Profile → Delete my data to remove local records, the connected server identity and ticket balance. This cannot be undone and may require a server connection; do not assume completion before confirmation. You can delete an individual journal or reflection from your archive. Temporary server copies may remain until their retention expires. Contact info@cihanex.com about applicable privacy rights and requests.

09Security and limits

Server connections use HTTPS; temporary reflection and conversation content is encrypted on the server. No system guarantees absolute security. Avoid sharing identification numbers, payment data or other people’s private information. Schema is designed for adult self-reflection.

10This website

This landing page adds no advertising tracking cookies or analytics tools. Normal server access records may be processed for connectivity and security. Support emails are used to handle your request.
